Achema AB Completed the Projected Funded by the Leonardo da Vinci Programme 2009.01.21 On 1 July 2008, AB Achema and Education Exchange Support Fund entered into a grant agreement on the project "In-Service Training for Chemical Industry Professional Training Experts", funded by the European Commission. According to the agreement, 16 experts from Achema AB had training at the following Finnish chemical industry companies on 15-21 September 2008: ASHLAND CHEMIE, Finnish Chemical Industry Association, NESTE OY, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, BOREALIS, FORCHEM, etc. Implementation of the project with successful assimilation of the European Commission grant was contributed to by foreign partners, i.e. Estonian Nord Consulting and Finish Edupoli enterprises. Results of this joint project will have a positive influence to professional training of chemical industry personnel.
