Training
Exceptional attention is devoted to educating and training personnel. For this purpose a private company Achemos mokymo Centras (Achema Training Centre) was set up, to offer Achema’s employees the means to develop their professional skills. The staff are given every opportunity to achieve a higher degree of education and qualifications and climb the career ladder. The Concern forms management and specialist reserve teams. High potential employees are recognised and talented members of staff are rewarded. Special courses are designed for young professionals in Lithuania and abroad. They are given the possibility to study at national and foreign higher education institutions.
